Plainly and without legalese: what the site collects, what it does not, and what you can do about it.
Who processes the data

In short: what happens here
There is not a single form on this site. We never ask for your name, phone number, email or address anywhere, and we store none of them. You can only reach us through WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or by phone, that is, outside the website.
The only thing collected automatically is anonymous visit statistics. The details follow, without vague wording.
What is collected automatically
Our own visit counter. We record the address of the page you opened, the date and time, and a random number the site gives your browser on the first visit and keeps in the storage of that browser. The number serves exactly one purpose: telling a new visitor from a returning one. It is not tied to a name, a phone number or an email, and it cannot be used to find out who you are.
Yandex.Metrica and Google Tag Manager. These are external counters. They collect anonymous information about the visit: device type, browser, screen resolution, where you came from, which pages you viewed and how long you stayed. Yandex.Metrica additionally records mouse movements and clicks in anonymous form.
What we do not collect at all: name, surname, phone number, email, postal address, date of birth, payment details, copies of documents. There is nowhere on the site to enter them.
Cookies and browser storage
The site keeps a few values in your browser:
- the chosen colour theme, light or dark;
- the chosen language;
- your answer to the cookie notice;
- the random visitor number used by the counter.
These values stay on your device and are not sent to us, except the visitor number. Yandex.Metrica and Google Tag Manager set cookies of their own.
You can delete all of it at any time through your browser settings. The site will keep working: only the remembered theme and language will be lost.
Where the data is stored
The site and its database are hosted in the Republic of Kazakhstan. This meets the requirement of Article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 «On Personal Data and Its Protection» that the data of Kazakhstani citizens be stored within the country.
Anonymous statistics from the external counters are stored on the servers of those companies outside Kazakhstan: Yandex in the Russian Federation, Google in the United States and other countries. This is a cross-border transfer of anonymous visit information. We transfer no personal data there, because we do not collect any.
Messengers and social networks
The WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and YouTube buttons are ordinary links. Until you click them, no information about you is sent to those services.
When you write to us in a messenger, the conversation takes place on their side and follows their own data rules. We see what you wrote yourself: your name or handle in the messenger, your phone number and the text of the message. We use this only to answer you and to arrange a lesson or an order.
How long we keep it
Anonymous visit statistics are kept for as long as the site exists and are used only to understand which sections people read.
Messenger conversations are kept for as long as your enquiry needs, and are deleted at your request.
Your rights
Under Law No. 94-V and the Digital Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan you have the right to:
- find out whether your data is being processed and what exactly;
- demand that inaccurate data be corrected;
- demand that data be deleted or anonymised;
- withdraw your consent to processing;
- apply to the authorised personal data protection body.

Separately: if you would rather the counter did not count you, clearing the storage of this site in your browser settings or using private browsing is enough.
Children
Children attend classes at the studio, but the website is meant for adults. We do not collect data of children through the site and do not ask children to enter anything. Parents enrol a child, and they do it in a messenger or by phone.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the bottom. Previous versions are not kept: the one published here now is the one in force.
